Due to retirement and after 27 years involved in the private rented sector, the Directors have made the decision to close the Company's lettings and residential property management business, trading as Runnetts Letting Agents. The business close-down process began in September last year and was completed on 31st January 2025. The Directors would like to thank all their current and past clients, customers, contractors, and suppliers.

Close Down Arrangements

All our landlords have transition arrangements in place. All our tenants have been notified and the process of change and handover explained to them.

 

We are now closed for all telephone enquiries and our Property Shop in St Clears is also closed for all personal enquiries. However, we will be available until the end of March 2025 to deal with any remaining close-down queries only.
